What is your refunds, returns and exchange policy?

We only accept returns in cases where there is a manufacturer error, including:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

To qualify for a return, you must:

  • Submit your request within 5 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be accommodated.

  • Provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the package and product condition. Please send your video to contact@kuviactive.com

We cannot process return requests without authentic video evidence.

All items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Products that fail the condition check may be refused.

What items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Accessories such as bags and socks

  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotional campaigns

  • Items not in original condition (missing tags, signs of use, washed, damaged, altered, with odors, etc.)

  • Products ordered in the wrong size

    • Please refer to our size chart or contact us for sizing assistance before purchasing.

Additional notes:

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information or incorrect product selections provided by the customer are not eligible for returns.

    • Please double-check your order details before checkout.

How do I submit a return request?

To submit a return request, please:

  1. Contact us via email within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Attach your unedited unboxing video as proof of the issue.

  3. Await confirmation from our team within 5 business days.

Approved requests will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

How long does a return take to process?

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will review your request and notify you of the decision within 5 business days.

  2. If approved, you must ship the item back to us.

    • We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • All shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  3. After your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

What else should I know about the refunds process?

  • Refunds apply only to the product value.

  • Shipping fees and additional charges are not refundable.

  • Return or complaint cases that exceed 20 days from initial submission may be closed automatically.

  • Please monitor your emails and messages to avoid delays in processing.
