Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on destination, shipping method, or order weight/size. All DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) charges, including duties, taxes, and customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer and may be billed separately after the order has been shipped and/or paid.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, local postal delays, weather conditions, peak shopping seasons. Kuvi Active cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping Restrictions

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or does not arrive, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Kuvi Active is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. We recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors first.
